I love the sleeves on this blouse. I really enjoy finding a blouse with a sleeve that covers the upper arm. They refer to it as a 3/4 sleeve which my brain tells me goes to mid lower arm, but as the picture indicates it goes to about the elbow (1/2 sleeve?) It is exactly the length I was looking for. The blouse falls to my mid-hip (I am 5' 6\"). The neckline is nice and doesn't reveal anything, no worries about leaning over and revealing anything. It's a shirt that can be worn with jeans and flats or with a nice pair of pants and heels.
